We had booked for 2 nights but due to very bad weather and the Samaria Gorge being closed we cancelled at the last minute. The hotel was very understanding and did not charge us. We will definitely come back and stay at Neos Omalos in gratitude of their kind and reasonable attitude to our situation.

Das Neos in Omalos ist eine tolle Basis für einige grandiose Unternehmungen in den Weißen Bergen. Das Team bietet Transfers zu den Startpunkten von Touren sehr flexibel an. Die Chefin und ihr Vater sind ausgesprochen nett und sehr professionell. Sehr liebenswert ist auch das gesamte weitere Personal. Das Restaurant bietet eine sehr gute Küche und freundliche Atmosphäre.

Our stay at Hotel Neos Omalos was fantastic. We had spent a long day walking to get there and were welcomed into the hotel when we arrived. The open fire was such a lovely treat after finishing our walk in cold foggy conditions. The service was attentive and the food was great. Thank you so much, we loved our stay.

The owners are very helpfull and very friendly!
We wanted to walk the Samaria gorge, but it was closed untill May 1st.
They advised us to walk the „Agia Irini Gorge“ instead, it was wonderfull.
Breakfast and dinner are excellent!
