Reception

Our reception is open from 07:00 to 23:00, and we are at your disposal for all your requests during these hours. Whether you need assistance with check-in, recommendations for local attractions, or any other inquiries, our team is here to help make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

At Hotel Neos Omalos we guarantee check-in from 3.00 p.m., but if the room is ready upon your arrival, you are welcome to check-in before. If, on the other hand, the room is not ready when you arrive, you can store your luggage with us at no charge until the room is available.

Check-out from the room is at 11.00 p.m. at the latest, but if you need a late check-out, then contact our reception upon arrival, or during your stay, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Similar to check-in, you have the option to store your luggage when checking out.

Computer service

Restaurant

Αt the restaurant of the Neos Omalos Hotel the visitor can try plenty of different flavours. However, the most important role in the menu is played by the recipes of the traditional Cretan cuisine. All the dishes that are served are prepared with fresh material grown in the area.
